Directions
Assess tolerance:
If you are experienced in using beta alanine, begin with 1 scoop.
If you have not used beta alanine before, begin with 1/2 a scoop. If no tingling or discomfort occurs, increase dose to 1 scoop thereafter. If discomfort does occur, continue with 1/2 a scoop for 7-10 days, and then increase does to 1 scoop.
After tolerance has been determined, mix 1 scoop with 8-10 ounces of water and consume 40 minutes prior to workout on a empty stomach.
