Shipping
Save On Vitamins uses Australia Post for most deliveries. However in some cases, a courier may be used within the Sydney Metro area. Estimated delivery time is 2 - 7 working days depening on the shipping method selected.
Delivery Address
It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is likely to be home during business hours. If you are not at the specified delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left so you can pick it up from your closest post office. Sometimes cards are accidentally discarded, so if you believe your parcel should have arrived, please check with your local post office as your parcel could be waiting for you.
Failure of Delivery
Save On Vitamins is not responsible for failure of delivery of an order by Australia Post after dispatch, unless the insurance option is chosen on the checkout.
Return To Sender
All Parcels returned to sender (Save On Vitamins) due to incorrect Address supplied by the customer, Acceptance Refusal, or unclaimed from post office will incur a $10.00 return fee. Customers who wish to have their parcel re-sent to them, will need to pay a re-postage fee (on top of the return fee).
Free Post Offers
Any free post offers are sent via regular mail. If free priority post is offered, this means that all parcels sent by this method are dispatched before regular post orders. This does not include tracking or insurance. If the customer would like tracking or insurance on their parcel, they will need to select an insured postage option. We will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage for any parcels sent via regular mail.
Postage costs may very depending on weight and volume. If your order exceeds the maximum weight for the $6.90 postage, we will contact you via the email address supplied prior to your order being dispatched. Please ensure that your email address is valid for contacting you.
If your order exceeds the maximum weight for the $19.00 postage, we will contact you via the email address supplied prior to your order being dispatched. Please ensure that your email address is valid for contacting you.
Returns
Change of mind
Customers wishing to return unopened and unused goods due to change of mind may do so within 14 days of receiving their order. Returns are accepted for an exchange or credit only and must be returned in an undamaged and resellable condition. The exchange or credit value will be for the cost of the product(s), less a restocking fee of 10% or $10.00 (whichever is the greater). For all exchanges, there will be a re-delivery fee (which may be deducted from the total exchange value). Clearance items, books, DVDs and CDs (Body Trim) are not accepted for return.
Returning a product(s) incorreclty sent to you
In the instance that Save On Vitamins has sent you an incorrect product that you did not order and you wish to exchange it for the product that was origincally ordered, this can be done within 14 days of receiving the order. Under this curcumstance, Save on Vitamins will accept return of the goods and cover return postage costs provided the product is in an unopened, undamaged and resellable condition.
Prior to sending back any goods, the customer must contact us by emailing us at sales@saveonvitamins.com.au or phoning us on 02 9794 7575 and indicate the reason for requesting a return. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all products are suitably packaged in order to prevent damage during return shipping. A copy of the original packing slip or invoice, or other proof of purchase, must be included with the returned product. Please allow up to approximately 14 days (or possibly longer due to stock availability) for replacement products to be received.
